Very clean, comfortable and friendly service. As expected of a Mercure hotel. Location convenient by car but no shops or restaurants nearby. However, tram to Utrecht. Only drawback was that the heating of the swimming pool was not working during our stay. Will return to this hotel.

we had a 3 day seminar in Nieuwegein ,and the location of the hotel was perfect. the room was clean, breakfast was great, service was also good/friendly, the only minus thing was that the warm water in the shower in the morning was not constant and would suddenly become very cold than very hot.

The hotel offered the best location for our trip, with the bus riding to the city of Utrecht and back right on the corner. the room was furnished in a nice modern design style, bed was comfortable and the best price among hotels in the area. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant and a nice breakfast. The hotel...

Good quality hotel with friendly staff. Would recommend to others and would stay again. The hotel is near to a motorway interchange and therefore is handy if travelling with a car. I, however was using public transport. The bus stop is right outside the door and the tram stop about 700m down the road. The centre of Utrecht is about...

It's a good business hotel. Don't go there for your honeymoon, but if you need a good, reliable, comfortable bed for a good night's sleep, this place is perfect.

I chose this hotel as it has large rooms at a good price if booking last minute with no events on nearby. Location with a car is excellent as right off the A2 but it is not ideally located without your own car as tram stops are quite a walk if have luggage and buses I found to be very...

Good value, including free parking and free WiFi. Aircon.
The only real niggle was the bar service. Waited a while for someone to appear. Then waited even longer for them to reappear with a menu. Then waited...

We can't comment on the location, as we had a car (free parking at the hotel) and were visiting a friend who lived a mile away in Ijsselstein. We weren't there for the local tourist sights, but Ijsselstein is a very nice little village to visit. This was the best Accor owned hotel we stayed at of about 5 we...

The hotel looks very new and the rooms are very spacious and modern. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Location is a bit down, not many things in the area and a bit far from the train station.
