We have stayed at the Pousada Alcatrazes for 5 days in February, during the Carnaval long weekend. The hotel is very well kept, everything is very clean and there is attention to every detail. “Poor service”

We were there for two nights. Mostly the staff were polite, but the person we dealt with on check-in and check-out was extremely rude. In regard to the facility, we saw other hotels on the same beach that seemed better. We would go back to Juquehy, but not to this hotel.

“Excellent choice”

Excellent location (right on the beach), good food, good service. Small and quiet place. We spent a week there and would certainly come back. They have two off-site houses which might be an option (two bedrooms, kitchen, living room).

The small, lovely pousada is located right on the beach. We actually stayed at the off-site house a couple blocks down (two master bedrooms with bathrooms, kitchen, living room). This hotel is so quaint and charming. The staff is very friendly and the same staff works practically every day... so they learn who you are and they make every effort... More
