Firstly, the location of the hotel is ok as it is situated on the mall road itself but be ready to climb on top of hill over the stairs..as the hotel prices are ok but they charge you extremenly without letting you know.we as a group of four booked to rooms and they alloted us room towards the lake side... we stayed there for a day and night. This was an awesome experience. lake view room, interiors and cleanliness was excellent. only problem is you need to go 65+ steps to reach to the hotel other wise very nice experience.....value for money...

The hotel has very good view of Naini Lake and is located on the Mall Road.Problem is only the front view rooms have this view and all other rooms are just matchboxes.As the management tried to fit in as many as possible lake view rooms,the rooms are very very small.Good for budget travellers

This hotel is centrally located on the side of Mall Road. Hygiene & quality of service are superb. They serve tasty & good quality food with reasonable cost. The view of Naini lake and its hilly surroundings from suit on top floor is beyond imagination. Hotel is highly recommended for stay.
