This little Inn is a real find, Margaret the host is charming, welcoming and very helpfull, the rooms are spotless and very comfortable with a view of the lake. the area is very quiet and relaxing. The recomended Golf Club dining was probably the best meal of our month long canadian trip. Do yourself a favour and don't miss this...

2 adults and a 5 month old baby.
The owner of the lakeside inn was wonderful to deal with, gave us the "veranda room" so our baby wouldn't potentially disturb other guests. The room was spotless, every item meticulously arranged, an extra towel in case we bathed the baby, Lindt chocolates waiting for us with a hand written welcome note...

Lakeside Country Inn is a rare jewel in today's chaotic world. The moment you arrive you're on a slower time clock. The property is very cozy. Rooms are comfortable and clean. And breakfast is simply delicious. We highly recommend Lakeside Country Inn to the savvy traveller who enjoys the fine things in life. Alfredo and Angela, Canberra, Australia.

We had a great stay at the start of our trip and returned on the way back. Clean comfy with all amenities. Great detail on decoration and a gracious hostess Margaret provided a lovely brekky to start the day.Well maintained gardens to enjoy beside the lake. A vlittle noise from the trains but not so you can't sleep well.

The Lakeside Country Inn was one of the best b&b's we stayed at during our two week tour of Canada. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, and the accomodation beautifully presented.

We stayed at this wonderfully presented B&B. Although a slightly remote location it worth the drive, the owners are very dedicated to give us travellers a restful time in an ideal location backing onto a lake. The owners were very accomodating with information , wonderful breakfasts and treated us like family. we would enthusiastically recomend this stay to everyone .

We stayed one-night to break the Banff-Vancouver leg of our journey and were made very welcome by the owners, Margaret and Don.
Being well over 6feet tall, we were grateful to be offered an upgraded room with two large double beds and a balcony overlooking Kamloops Lake. Plenty of space in the room which also had a kitchenette/dining area plus...

We found a very clean and cosy place just by chance. The breakfast was somptuous. The lakeside a good place to relax, unfortunately it was too cold for a swimm. And the surroundings where quite. It was perfect for a bit of relaxation after a long drive. And the internet connection fonctioned well and was fast.
