We chose this hotel as a base for our holidays in Alsace and the Black Forest, and we were very pleased with it: children-friendly with a huge garden and shallow swimming pool, rooms big enough for 4 people, free WiFi and parking, and a good breakfast, all for a reasonable price. Stayed for 3 nights whilst touring Alsace. Excellent value for money especially with a child up to 18 able to stay free in room and with an excellent complimentary breakfast.Outdoor pool, spacious rooms, restaurant average for food but service good. An excellent, well priced stopover. Conveniently located off the main autoroute south although the hotel itself is tricky to actually find using sat-nav (- be sure to follow the signs for Zone Industrial). Rooms are well sized, modern and with excellent modern bathrooms. Free wi-fi and secure parking. Good value.

Requested adjoining rooms but ignored. Staff when we checked in not interested and Loic when we checked out had forgotten how to speak English. Very rude and unhelpful - we stayed the week before and very good, this time very poor attitude from staff and breakfast awful. Shame they can not be consistent.

Good location in you just want an overnight stopover. Rooms were spacious, bar was expensive, breakfast quickly ran out of food. There was a small outdoor pool which we didn’t use, and plenty of parking. Check-out took a while as reception was unmanned.
