My family and I went to Bayahibe for two days. The hotel is a block from the beach and restaurants. The breakfast was served in a restaurant right in front of the ocean. A couple blocks away we found a great beach. The hotel was clean and the staff welcoming and helpful.

Just returned from my trip to Bayahibe and my stay in " Hotel Bayahibe". Hotel is excellent situated nearby the harbour of Bayahibe. Rooms are cleaned every day. Staff is very friendly. If you really want to smell the atmosphere of Bayahibe than a stay in this hotel is well recommended.

We stayed here in March 2012 and loved it. The town of Bayahibe is east of La Romana and just west of the famously beautiful Soana Island. It's a quiet enclave of the devoted scuba enthusiast. This is a really nice place for the money. We paid less than $60 for a double and about $30 for a single. They do, however, charge 5% to use a credit card.
