Overall we had a fairly decent stay. Inside of the hotel and rooms (bed was very uncomfortable) were clean but outside is a bit run down...it is advertised with a private beach and tennis court...there is neither! A bit noisy at night with no apparent attempt to ask guests to keep noise to a minimum while upstairs in the bedroom... More

Nice, very friendly hotel. Most important content of this hotel is view. Rooms are little bit retro look for my opinion but comfy and clean. The best thing in this hotel is dinning room. Wonderful view at Lago di Maggiore during sipping morning coffee - priceless. Hotel's position is away of urban part but peace has its price.
