I visited the place with my wife and my five months old daughter and we are very happy of the choice. Appartment very quite and spacious, clean and personal very friendly and helpful. Also the swimming pool very clean and big, suitable for families. One big pool with cold water and another one in the spa area at 37 degrees Celsius plus a small one in the woods also with warm water that unfortunately we could not visit due to was always busy.

We enjoyed our stay here. The 3 bedroom cottage was comfortable for our group of 3 couples. Each room had a separate bathroom. The kitchen had all the basics needed to prepare a simple meal. The pools were heavenly and the spa services reasonable. Our stay included breakfast and the items offered on the buffet were varied and delicious. Lunches and dinner were also served in the same space and depending upon when you arrived, we did experience a day when freshly prepared food was not available.

In the middle of the beautiful landscape near Sorano and Pittigliano, you can find this small oasis. Nice and clean apartment, close to the nice swimming pools. Linen and towels are available, but not changed during the week. We booked the two bedroom apartment which had a living room, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a kitchen (which can hardly be used for preparing a full meal...). A continental Breakfast is included which is presented at a (very complete) buffet at the restaurant near the pool. Only comment is the way we sometimes been treated by the pool guy wrt the sunbeds. As a family of four, we sometimes only got 2 sunbeds iso 4. During the weekends, it's very busy due to local visitors. Overall, staff is very friendly and helpful.

My friend and I booked this place and were faced with very unfriendly staff . We were assigned a two bedrooms + living room + 2 bathrooms apartment, but one of the two bedrooms and one of the two toilets were locked. When we asked if we could use the second vacant bedroom (if necessary we were willing to pay a supplement) we were told that we would be charged for 2 more whole nights! We asked at least to use the sofabed to sleep. We left and when we returned we found sheets and duvet in the living room, and had to make the bed on our own. Little did they know though that they had given us the key for the locked bedroom all along ..... When it was time to pay the bill they also added EURO 30 for stuff we didn't use, they just assumed we rented robes for the terme and put it on the bill so we had to contest that. Over all I would not recommend this place.

We came here just to use the thermal pools. Included in the entrance fee is the use of a sun bed each, which is useful as a base. There are lockers and changing rooms with showers. You have to wear a swimming hat in the pool (unless you are bald like my husband) so if you have one bring it with you or you will be charged extra (2 euros each). Why they can't tell you this at reception I don't know; they leave it to the lifeguards at the bottom of the hill. Top tip, if you arrive after 2pm it is cheaper and you can stay till 7pm when they close.... more than enough time. It still cost us 36 euros for a family of four, so it's not cheap. There are two pools, a sports pool which is slightly cooler and the main pool which has massaging water falls. This one was my favourite. The water temperature was a perfect 40 degrees and even on a hot day was totally refreshing. You can see where the hot water comes into the pool from the hillside. The kids loved it, there was a nice shallow area for them and we had a very nice afternoon.

This lodging is shared rooms within 'cottages'. The property is very hilly with no staff to help with lugguge. The dining room is pretty much non-exsistant. We were told by very rude, surly staff that they could not accommodate us for dinner. We, then, had to arrange transportation to the little town for meals. The beds are simply glorified cots and very uncomfortable. Could not regulate temperature in any of the rooms. Very difficult to open the door with any keys. Accommodations are minimal, low budget at best. The property was overrun with a group of about 60 middle schoolers......telltale regarding amenities....none! The 'hot springs' looks like a warm, unwelcoming pool. I would not recommend staying here for anyone! It was an awful experience!

It is really nice place both inside the terme area and the surroundings. The tremal pool is well made, clean, water temperature as promised. It was not quite clear whther the welness services are included in the price or not, so we did not use them. what I did not like was that at 3pm they could not tell me whether they have a table for us for dinner or not. There was a group, so either yes, or not. Later, in the evening they called us to confirm but meanwhile we foulnd another solution. Being the only restaurant inside the area, they should know how many tables, how many reservations.... They also should change their timtable. You have to leave the room by 10.00 am and the pool opens at 10.00 am. Practically you do not have a chance to use it the day when leave. Anyhow opening at 10 is very very late. Otherwise the staff are nice.

My wife and I went for half a day, we did a reservation for body massages and where very desapointed. They had difficulties to find 2 towels when we arrived, the massage therapist was really bad, she gave us a paper pantie to hide our sex and she left us with no towels to warm us. The moves she did are not a real massage and there was absolutely no atmosphere, full light on, no music nothing. Don't spend you money there.

We went to use the pool and have a relaxing swim at the end of the day, like many of the locals seem to, and had been looking forward to it all day while touring. Arriving just after 6pm we knew that we only had until 7pm, and then had to wait 10 minutes while the lady at reception continued a phone conversation without any form of acknowledgement to us or speeding up the call to help us. She then asked us to pay the full €9 day rate for a quick 45min swim, giving us a confused look. I would have thought that they would have a cheaper rate for late in the day, and help get some money into the business to cover costs that were already spent. We had thought that the price was €5 as per what the locals we were staying with said it cost them as a local rate. Needless to say we left, and they missed out on a few Euro to help pay the bills. Expensive for what it is, no sense of customer service thinking. Pictures look nice.
