I travelled to Kos this May `13.The hotel is lovely,set in mature gardens,with giant hammocks,a beautiful pool area,with comfortable sunbeds.The food was mediocre,but I didnt go hungry,I lived on salads,chips,cake and ice-cream,and the occasional piece of chicken.Outside the hotel,there is a couple of hotels,a couple of restaurants,and a 10 minute walk to an ok beach.I couldnt go outside the hotel... I think there is nothing bad we could say about this hotel. We spent 1 week in August 2012 and Kos Island is a wonderful Island to visit.
