If you intend to stay there, consider it twice. They don´t give you any attention to your needs, even also thru emails. I think they haven´t people prepared to use Internet, it´s the only way to explain a primary mistake like that.

For anyone thinking of staying here, its not as bad as the previous comments suggest (since they were a long time ago and the hotel has improved). Basically you get what you pay for.
