A very old hotel, old furniture, old TV........ the bed and the pillows are not comfortable at all, the room smell is horrible and not clean. Breakfast is horrible and the restaurant is not clean.The hotel has no swimming pool, only man-made beach.The only good thing about this hotel is the view.

Filthy, nothing like The Mines Corporate Video and needs to be improved. Parking needs lights. Got to the hotel on a Saturday afternoon at 2:00 p.m. The location was not as expected, road to the hotel was filthy. Building looks run-down. Got to the parking and shocked to see it was dark. Nothing nice about the hotel.

WE WENT TO THE RESORT ON CLUB MAHINDRA HOLIDAY PACKAGE. A place where you can relax for 2 or 3 days. They have swimming pool, pool tabe, table tennis, basket ball, kids playstation zone all free. Located on a wonderful lake side. 2 beautyful lakes on 2 sides a big mall.

The reception staff are not very pleasant and no proper introduction of the facilities available after asking. The reception staff didn't even ask us if we wanted a queen size bed and gave us 2 single beds. The room is decent. There's a bathtub but no movable sprinkler.
