Stayed at the Ammonite Lodge for one night. Room was very clean and pleasant, extremelly friendly owners and a very nice breakfast in the morning meaning good value for money. Very short walk from the town centre. If I were to visit the area again then I would definately look at staying here again.

Set in the small town of chard in Somerset, I found the location to be slightly of the beaten track, however this miner detail poses no problem considering the service received on arrival and there after. The owners made our four night stay a very pleasurable one to say the least. Would recommend to friends.
