It is well maintained and the staff are well trained. i had a regular room... so no balcony... the room size and layout was good... but i was highly disappointed with the bathrooms. I don't want to my praise to be unbelievable so let me start with what was bad: The showers in some rooms, but not all, are allowed to drain on to the floor of the bathroom.
