Good rooms and nicely clean. The rooms are, at least 401, a bit dated and somewhat not suffcielty insulated against noice from the noice outside. The room is however perfect if you travel with kids. Breakfast is good, not fantastic. Location is the best in Åre, steps from the old lift and in the hart of the restaurants.

This is for sure one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for a long time.
