The location is very nice and quiet (which can be an issue in Shangrila), but the rest is rather basic. The previous night we spent at a high end hotel in Diqin, so we didn't feel "dirty enough" to shower... the breakfast room was very nice, with a great view. But overall rating for this guesthouse remains average.
