We spent a total of three nights at this casa in January. It was our first time staying at a Casa Particular and it couldn't have been a better or more enjoyable experience. Olga met us at the airport (her English is very good) and drove us the twenty minutes or so into town to her place. She charges 20CUC... More

I stayed with a friend for one night in November 2012. Olga picked us up from the bus station and drove us back to the casa (for no extra charge) - great to be able to avoid the usual bus station crowds pushing taxis, casas etc at you. The casa is beautiful, with a lovely roof terrace and central patio,... More

We arrived from Trinidad early in the morning and had some one waiting to pick us up from the bus station and take us to Olga's. Since we arrived early in the morning she cooked us breakfast for 4 CUC, which is easier then going out to find a place. It was a typical Cuban breakfast of eggs, ham and... More

My stay was from May 12 2012 for two nights. I have traveled to Cuba multiple times and this was my 5th visit to Santa Clara. First stay at Casa Olga. In the past it was always busy and could not get room. We felt at home. Olga is nice and very customer service oriented person, lively, helpful, caring, and... More

My mom and I stayed in this casa for a couple of nights in May. We were very pleased with the house itself and the location (quiet, right by a church, and only 5 minutes walk to central Santa Clara). We had read about some hosts not honouring their reservations, so we were relieved when Olga was waiting for us... More

This was our second trip to Santa Clara, Cuba. We had no intention of staying anywhere but at Olga and Zaida's since our stay a year ago was so nice. This isn't just a place to stay, this is a place where you can acquire a lot of information about Cuba and about Santa Clara. After all, that is what... More

We stayed 3 days in Hostal Olga y Zaida and we loved it. These two sisters are very kindly. The house is beautiful, charming and comfortable. The cleaning is ok and the room has always a good smell. The breakfast is great too. The location allows the guest to go to any place downtown and, at the same time, the... More

Olga makes this "casa particular" the most comfortable place away from home. She tends to your needs and goes the extra mile to help you, giving suggestions for restaurants and always being available to discuss your questions and concerns. We learned a lot from her. If we had stayed in a hotel, we would have missed a big opportunity to... More

Hostal de Olga was my favourite of 5 casas in Cuba. The room was comfortable and clean, with a fridge available for the use of the guests. I loved the rooftop patio, although you need mosquito repellent at night. Close to downtown, and a 1 hour walk or 15 minute horse and buggy/bicitaxi ride to che monument. Olga is very... More
