This hotel is really not a four star, should be 3 1/2 at best. The rooms are dated and tired but clean and big. Staff service is not great and not many speaks English. The pool is decent but the location is fantastic, easy to explore old city of Sao Luis.

we arrived late 330am , rooms that were ordered by agency werent available . solution proposed was far from being ok. hotel is under construction work and no one advised us and we were still required to pay full price although service wasnt ok and hotel didnt provided what was supposed to.
