Hotel changed recently from Marriott to Iberostar. Staff seems to be unfamiliar with the new rules of Iberostar. Food is ok, and rooms are small. Staff were very helpful. Accomoadation superb as expected (Marriot US needs to learn from the european resorts) Only down side was the very expensive on-site shop and restaurants that were overpriced. The spa facilities were excellent.
