Only stayed one night Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent rooms, nicely decorated and super bathroom. Good menu and range of real ales. Will definitely return with friends. Thanks for a great evening.

We stopped off here for breakfast - good service, good value and a very tasty breakfast. The bacon was locally sourced and decent coffee... Made a note of this one and would come here again. :-) Overheard one if the staff saying they were fully booked for lunch so book or get here early.

Stayed one night for a (wassail) event nearby, and really impressed, the best pub B&B we have stayed in. Attention to detail with great beer, good and very reasonably priced food. Rooms perfect. Very helpful team running the place and arranging taxis etc (thanks Jazz). Fantastic breakfast.
