Great place to stay with sweeping views of the area, fantastic food to challange any London restaurant, must be the best 3 star hotel in France. Can't recommend it hightly enough ! Best to pay the little extra and have a room with a view of the valley and village.

Very worth the climb. Outstanding meal. From the little pot of soup to the fantstic chef created salads (we ordered off the menu and they were happy to oblige) to the scrumptious cheeses afterwards. First class service in a gorgeous 10th century chateau. This is a must if you are in the area.
