Look, the rooms aren't bad & have reasonable facilities (kitchette etc) but are definitely starting to look a little worse for wear. I was only there one night, but will probably go back soon, when in that area. Everyone was very nice, the cook great, food great. It has a lot of amenities, gym, beautiful pool, kitchenette for an excellent price. It's not close to beach, but the price is worth it.

Went to Joy Residence in May 2011 was a brilliant place to stay we went with my parents who thought the hotel was lovely as well. The staff couldnt do enough for you and the food as great. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but we had the pool to ourselves every day. Would return back... More

We walked in off the street and asked could we stay for a month after looking at other esablishments around Samui. Bee the manageress gave us a great deal (£300) for a calendar month. Arrivig on the 14th December untill 14th January. Unlike other places rate did not change due to peak season dates. Staff were very friendly and helpful.... More
