My husband, our 18yr old daughter and I stayed here in April for our annual family holiday for 15 glorious days and would highly recommend this resort to all our friends and anyone else! I'm currently staying at this hotel in room 8121 and I came back from the pool to learn there is NO WATER! Stayed 4 nights in May with my girlfriend on our trip, between Bangkok and Phuket. Stayed in a normal "Superior" room. Service overall was decent but had issues with the towel/pool staff; one tried to avoid giving us towels during a brief period of rain (scowled at us for asking!), and another time one insisted on taking away our towels...
