We had a wonderful stay with Fillipo and Rachel. Their house is beautiful, the rooms are HUGE, and they had a full kitchen set-up and it was stocked with breakfast items. They welcomed us right into their home and gave us a bottle of wine that is produced on their estate (we drank it when we got home and it... More

We stayed with Filippo and Rachel for a week at the end of October in the main house. There is so much to say about the villa and location, but the main charm of the place are the wonderful hosts. Filippo and Rachel who own the villa, their son David, and the housekeeper Alexandra made us feel so welcome and... More

It has been a while since we had hosts as friendly and helpful as these. The atmosphere was really great, and the accommodations were very comfortable. The location was also a bonus - central to Tuscany, but a little off the beaten path. Definitely recommend. More

We stayed for 8 nights in one of the main house apartment/suites. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and had a nice view of the countryside from our bedroom and livingroom. We did not rent a car during our entire stay and were able to get around easily by foot, provided bicycles and bus (there is also a local train... More

Coming back to "San Fabiano" is like coming back to your friends. If you wish to forget all your day-by-day problems, come to stay at this place. Located in the middle of the farm fields. Sit under the beautiful trees next to the pool and listen to the wind, and understand the value of the word tranquility. We were a... More

We spent a week at this farm with our two kids and another family with two kids. It was perfect. We barely saw the children all day because they were outside playing. In addition to the place itself, the location is great too. Very close to several key towns: Florence, Volterra, Sienna, and Rome is only a few hours away.... More

This was just a fantastic holiday! We went for nine days, the four of us - my wife and I and our two children are aged 11 and 9. We had two days in Il Forno, and then a week in Le Tortore, the beautifully converted (check out the rough Travertine stone in the en-suite!) and beautifully proportioned ex-barn. It's... More
