Rooms are good enough, overall it was average if you dine in restaurant or ask for room service service is very poor. They don't even have functional card swipe. Though they will provide you there cab to nearby ATM

Its my first visit to shirdi and i choose MATRIX INN for stay ,really it was right choice to stay at shirdi.Rooms are spacious and comfortable with nice interior .Hotel staff is very cooperative and friendly.I had dinner and b.f.in hotel both are good in taste.I will sugest if any one wants to stay in shirdi go for MATRIX INN.

The hotel was clean and is a relatively new one. We stayed with 2 kids . It is a bit far from the mandir and the hotel had complimentary drop off services. The food in the restaurant was excellent ! I would recommend this place for people looking for a good / clean accomodation
