Wow. Where do i start? Rooms look SUPER basic. Like a cheap hostel. Pillows are too soft. Curtain not big enough to cover the entire window. Tv is straight out of the 90s. No elevator! Checkin and breakfast are done at next door Herzogspark. I called to ask for an ironing board and iron and i was asked to pick... More
