The hotel is located in the park’s buffer zone, about 15 mins drive along a dirt track from the main village road. Loved this place, was very quiet when we were there but staff very attentive and great value jungle plan.

In terms of customer service, this is as slow as it gets. The food and accommodation is strictly so-so. One would be better off going to Kanha National Park and staying at Wild Chalet Resort (common owners)
