Night 3 we arrived in Amqui Quebec and had only 2 places from the travel book to choose from.One looked more like a B and B so we decided to stay at The Auberge L'Ambassadeur.... The outside looked very nice and clean.A BMW and Porche in the parking lot....must be ok.... Check in was good Again broken English and French... More

After several lovely B&Bs and a so-so cookie cutter hotel, my husband and I weren't sure what a small town like Amqui, Quebec could offer. “Nice motel, well located”

Welcoming atmosphere, very well located, walking distance from restaurants, pubs and park. The room was large and clean. HOWEVER .... our window was backing a private parking and homes and it was very noisy until the night came.
