Just returned from a dream stay in this friendly well-run hotel. Everything was good. Had a super time and was sad to leave. Highly recommended.Meals are served in a view with a room! The staff go more than the extra mile.

This hotel is right at the pier of lochboisdale, you can see alot of ships coming in, and the main boat. It can be a little noise but nothing major. The food here is lovely, a lot of local food, scallops, crab ect. Staff are very friendly, views are beautiful here and local shops just around the corner.

Stopped in for our supper on the recommendation of locals as a family of four (two kids aged 5 and 4). Supper is served from 6-9pm. Good location overlooking the harbour with plenty of parking. Lovely cosy lounge. Beautiful setting for dining room. Fantastic views. Nice food. Really good place to stay if cycling from south uist to north uist. The doorway entrance to the hotel could have been more inviting - don't be put off as everything else is great.

I stopped overnight before getting the ferry. The food was excepitionally good, both for dinner and breakfast, the staff who were all very young, were very good and saw to everybody's requirments, first class. The room was a bit tired, but clean and tidy. A enjoyable stay

The owner was really nice. We liked this place. It is far from perfect. These type of hotels often well into disrepair. They must cost a fortune to maintain.
