This is by far the best option compared to Mt. Everest Basecamp (tents). It is 5 minute drive away from tent-base camp, where you have to take bus (or walk) to farest base camp at 5200m. We travelled to Everest Base Camp with The Himalayan Roadrunners on Enfield 500 motorbikes which was an amazing expedition but not for the faint hearted.
