Stayed at Greyburns in a en-suite and a family room it was very clean and comfortable. The landlady was welcoming and very friendly. Breakfast was very good and plenty to chose from. Made our holiday thank you to the landlady and staff will come again.

It is just average. Has good sized family room ensuite. The owners are nice and welcoming. The dining area is a bit untidy, lots of beddings for ironing at the entrance. The breakfast is good, though by the time you leave there all your body will be smelling of fried food as the kitchen is just adjacent.

Greyburns is a friendly, welcoming place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is wonderful. The guest house has a 5 star rating for hygiene. Our children felt welcome and safe and nothing was too much trouble for the landlady. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has a young family.
