Had lovely holiday at Mablethorpe with my sister in 2011, we stayed at the Aura Guest House and enjoyed the hospitality of Richard and Alison so much we are going back this year (2013). Really can't wait and feel we are going to visit old friends. They made us so welcome, the room was clean and comfortable and the meals... More

My sister and I stayed at the aura in 2011 and thoroughly enjoyed it. Richard and Alison made us very welcome.the room we had on the ground floor was small but very well presented and very clean. We enjoyed it so much we are going back this year and hopefully in years to come.

We stayed for two nights this week and from walking in to leaving we had no complaints. Alison and Richard were very friendly and welcoming. It was great to see somewhere that offered a stairlift (not that we need it yet). The room was well presented, absolutely spotless and literally a stone's throw from the sea front. We slept like... Another stay at Aura Guest house, although just for one night everything was superb and couldn't fault anything. The rooms were spoltless, cosy and warm and the breakfast very good. If you are going to Mablethorpe for a holiday, short break or business the stay at Aura you won't regret it. Thanks Alison and Richard.

Myself and a partner stopped at the Aura Guest House in Mablethorpe near the Queen's Park. We booked in for three nights on the 6th of Sept 20112. The positives are: A cheap price, decent breakfasts, tastefully furbished, and meticulously clean. The negatives are: small room which we could put with. However, the one big negative thing was having to... More

Richard and Alison are a friendly couple who have made us very welcome every time we visit. (this is our 4th time of staying with them). The breakfast is great and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The guest house is well situated a few yards walk form the sea and close to Queens park and the town centre.

Found this B&B in 2010 when we decided at last minute to visit family who had just moved to Mablethorpe. We managed to book in for August bank holiday and had two rooms. First impression was great location right by beach and close to town centre. Second impression was good for off-road parking. Third impression was how welcoming Alison and... More
