This was the first time I visited this Spa-hotel. We had a 2-day meeting with pre-planned program but many things did not meet our agreement. I mostly complain about service, food and prices... I really can't recommend this place. However, it seemed to be popular among families with small children.

Stayed here with my wife on a Friday night in December. Spent a lot of time in the pool area. Lots of jacuzzis, water jets and a wave machine every hour. I use the Eden every time I visit on business - and that's once or twice annually - but it's definitely a holiday hotel. I find the staff friendly, the rooms basic, but clean, well appointed and perfectly adequate (brilliant shower). The meals are always well prepared and have something for every pallet. My kids really enjoyed the swimming pools. The food was very good and the waiters very attentive. Also the rooms and service was excellent. I can recommend a stay here.

This hotel was a great one in the 90s, but today it is plain bad. Very outdated, small rooms, bad service. Noisy.
