Just returned from a weeks stay at the Rufford Arms Hotel. The hotel room was clean and looked newly decorated. The restaurant was great and the food delicious. Can't say enough about the staff and especially Sue who helped us in more ways than one. Thanks for a great experience!!

The rooms were small, but the family room was a decent size. Found the junior staff polite and helpful. Food was great, tasty well presented, good portions. Pass on the breakfast not worth it. Front room 15 very noisy, 14 much quieter.

We recently stayed in the Rufford Arms Hotel to celebrate a 40th birthday. 10 women and absolutely nothing to complain about! Unheard of! Rooms extremely spacious and clean, food fantastic, service outstanding. The staff couldn't have down enough for us. Would recommend.

I didn't eat here in the evening, so the "excellent" reviews may relate to the food, which is perhaps the main focus.
