Arriving in Caltagirone on a very wet October afternoon we were looking for a place without too much hasel . Plain (in a good way, as opposed to overstuffed), large, spacious rooms and apartment on the third floor of a townhouse with spectacular views over town. It's right next to the famous ceramic steps in the middle of town, with many restaurants at your fingertips.Very pleasant, involved landlady who makes your breakfast her personal cause. Very reasonably priced.

Long climb up the steps but well worth the effort. Rosa was there to help and welcome us. Fantastic views and super great breakfast with fresh baked goodies. Near tourist sites, good restaurants and ceramics stores. Very clean, very comfortable, great value, and Rosa was there to make us feel ritht at home.

Rosa was a welcoming host and the room was spacious and offered outstanding views of the central city. The location was central with free parking near by. Rosa also offered a quality breakfast which included homemade pastries.

Located within easy walking distance of "La Scala" and all the main sites of the medeival town Caltagirone. Piccolo Attico is a wonderful bed and breakfast in the heart of old town Caltagirone. Rosa Maria, the host is very welcoming and helpful. I can thoroughly recommend this B&B. We arrived tired and worn out after a long drive but left happy and refreshed. Spotless rooms and ours had a view of Etna. Rosa's breakfast was one of the best in Sicily. We had breakfast with two other couples and what we lacked in Italian we were able to make up in French.... More
