The grounds are lovely and well maintained. The food was great - buffet lots of fresh wonderful food something for everyone. The room was bright had ground floor balcony, bathroom could use a fresh paint job, but all in all was clean. Last time stayed on the Lady Hamilton side seems to be newer.
