I spent 2 nights at this hotel. The room was very quiet and very clean. I used the swimming pool (salt water) and it too, was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was less than spectacular, but it was free... A very pleasant stay.

Clean. Very helpful front desk staff. Efficient check in and out. Continental breakfast has variety and was good. They follow their water conservation policy. No recycling bin in the room is very disappointing.

We, The Daughters of the Nile, a Charity group that supports the Shriners Hospital for Children come to Elliott Lake every year about the same time and we love it when we are remembered. Always a pleasure staying here. Tip, ask for a room with a beautiful view of the rock cliffs and Horne Lake. The Elliot Lake Civic Centre is close by and houses a Gallery of local art,a Nuclear Museum and Theatre.

New, beautiful, clean accommodation with many facilities; comfortable bedding; great heating/ventilation; no fridge/microwave for the regular travellers. Not everyone likes to eat at restaurants 4-5 days/week, especially when you travel on a regular basis.

We found this hotel to be very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was plentiful and handy. Would love to visit in the summer time as there is a terrific patio and deck for checking out the lake.

After posting my complaints online, and advising management of my message, the hotel Manager had staff attend to my complaint promptly. When I returned to the room, I was greeted by the Guest Services Coordinator who advised (both verbally and in writing!) that she had set the thermostat and checked on it throughout the day.
