The first impression is related as you arrive and get charged $12 per person just to go through the entrance to the resort before you even get to reception. Then it is pay pay and pay again with the site being pretty average in what it has to offer and sub standard on cleanliness. However, the staff are friendly and... More

The camping pitches were two small patches of grass, surrounded by accommodation units, so nothing special and no privacy. The ground was soft enough to get tent pegs in no problem. Camping facilities were okay, with clean hot showers, and a campers kitchen. The best feature of this camp site is the location. Right next to the beach (1 minute... More

We stayed in private room with a shared bathroom as part of a tour group. The room and bathroom were clean on arrival. Our room had a flat screen tv and air con and was extremely spacious. Towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner were also provided. We thought the facilities on the site were fantastic, there is a bar and drinking... More

This could be long!! We stayed 3 nights in a beach front villa room. There are many accommodation types so it's important to bear in mind I am just talking about that sort of room. We didn't use any shared facilities except laundry. I'll start with the not-so-good, which will be quick. Probably the most inconvenient thing is that the... More

Beautiful resort - a little disappointed that the dolphins were out of bounds except for the select few (twice a day) who were handed a fish to give to the dolphins. The camel rides were great though. Very informative and excellent photo opportunity.

I stayed here as part of a week long tour up the west coast with Aussie Wanderers. I had a triple room to myself with a shared bathroom with the room next door and I have to say it was extremely clean and the communal kitchen was large with a number of barbecues. The dolphin experience was amazing and well... More

To call it a resort is disingenuous. Really, it's a campsite with some lodging. It's important to state that the location here is close to perfection. The beach is beautiful, the sand soft and white, the wildlife incredible, the weather perfect. In fact, everything which is out of control of "The Resort" is five stars brilliant. And then there's "The... More

When we drove round to our room we went through a crowded caravan site and our initial thoughts were rather negative. However when we entered our room in the Beachside Dolphin Unit which was situated overlooking the beach we were bowled over. The room was beautifully furnished although quite compact and it was very clean and well finished. The view... More

This is a fair few kilometres out of the way for traveller heading straight up/down the West Coast. Is it worth it? Yes... Just. The cost of a caravan site is way more than anywhere else and you get clobbered with an extra $8 per person to enter the 'resort'. You do forget the price when the sun sets that... More
