We stayed 6 nights and from our arrival to departure the staff were very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a 2bedroom appartment with a spa in the main bathroom which was a pleasant surprise. The appartment was very clean and spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the beach and pool.

Just home from a 7 night stay at the Alexandra on the Pacific with my husband and 10mth old son.
