Good rooms, clean, nice food, welcoming and helpful employees.. good value for money,nice beatch, close from Cairo.. a great place to stay stayed there with my family for four days and it was a really smooth nice experience, great food and nice room service. beach was nice and spacious, needed a bit more attention though. Definitely going back there again

I am totally dissatisfied with the service and professionalism of the staff especially the GM. We have reported that the shower door was broken; during the check out they told us that we broke the door! rooms are clean n spacious, i liked more the sandy beach big enough for morning jogging, pool is nice even it feels so kidish, food is less interesting but watermelon decoration is nice, service is fast n friendly staff.

hotel is quiet good but the instruction of the swimming pool instruction is not good coz they prohibit the Islamic wear in the swimming in spite of being Adidas brand . the manager opinion said it is the matter of hygiene in the same time there was children in the swimming pool was wearing diapers
