We stayed here one night , greeted by very friendly and helpful reception staff , Rooms clean and well appointed if a little 90s style , let down by the noise from Disco/Bands at a party downstairs and the revellers returning to their rooms in the early hours. Overall very good and staff great. Stayed for 2 nights and opted for an upgrade which failed to deliver the following, Wi-Fi broke, no gowns, had to have charge for free movie removed and no free papers. Hopefully a lapse and will use if in the area again as a good hotel.
