Excellent location near the A1 Rome/ Firenze. Very pleasant hotel and helpful and friendly staff. Advantages: Clean rooms. Good quality bed hence very good sleeping quality. Nice bathroom. Excellent value ( Euro 78.00 per double room). Good breakfast. Disadvantage: Small rooms. Conclusion: Very good.

We stayed here just 1 night during our stay in Italy. It was everything you would expect from a good Hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. The restaurant next door is great too, lots of locals were eating here which is always a good sign and we really enjoyed our meal.
