“Unpleasant experience at Infinity Bay”

Our stay at Infinity Bay Complex was extremely unpleasant. Because, the food was yucky. The room was dirty. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. They charged my credit card for services that I did not ask for or receive. The bed was uncomfortable. And the units were generally not very nice.

“Will definitely return to Infinity Bay!”

If you like to snorkel, this is the perfect place to stay. It was amazing how the reef is "right outside your door" here. The water is crystal clear, and there is a lot of sea life to see. My wife and I classify ourselves as "beach snobs" This resort and beach has it all-this was our second visit in last 6 months and wont be our last.
