We absolutely loved this hotel and the restaurant. The rooms were beautiful, service great and food fantastic. Saint Guilhem-le-Desert is a wonderful place and this is the hotel to stay in. We got to eat outside every evening, overlooking the gorge, and enjoyed some excellent food and local wines.

This is a small privately owned hotel full of atmosphere. The rooms are all different with lots of space and character. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The town itself and the surrounding area is absolutely breathtaking,

It is quite simple. Le Guilhaume d'Orange is everything one looks for in a small hotel. Pleasantly situated in a lovely historic village, it has lovingly decorated rooms, friendly staff and an excellent restaurant with classy local wines.

I stayed with a friend here in June, the hotel is beautiful. Our room was great and we also ate in the restaurant and the food was fantastic. The town is also a lovely place to explore.
