Our final hotel for the last 3 nights of our stay, and in my children's eyes the best because of the international style buffet (yayyyy, chips!). Having read some of the previous reviews, I would like to say that once you get to within a mile or so of the hotel, there are now signs to guide you in, but... more
This is a hard one to rate as there were pluses and minuses. It has a great location up above Puerto de la Cruz and overlooking the valley and sea, but a car is essential plus a good companion to spot the hotel direction signs from Los Realejos.Parking is very limited unless you want to battle with the small spaces... more
Booked in for 5 nights Feb22 -27 2009 but stayed for one ! Poor location with no restaurants or bars in walking distance and very difficult to find.Room not ready when arrived at 2pm and swimming pool bar not open.Virtually no staff on duty-had to request someone to come down from the restaurant to serve a drink from the bar.As... more
Nice new hotel. Stopped here during Christmas 2007. Got great deal by ringing hotel direct. Bit hard to find but once you get closer, ring them for guidance. Fantastic spa facilities used nearly everyday. Puerto de la Cruz about 10 minute drive away, hire car highly recommeded. Staff very friendly more
