Côté Jardin is a very nice and modern B&B located in Watermael-Boitsfort (the verdant district in the south-east of Brussels) next to Brussels city and Forêt de Soignes. A private part of the house is reserved to our guest and we offer them twin or double bedrooms all with TV and privet bathroom. There is also a living room and a kitcken available for our guests. Our rooms all have decorative themes playing on different colors. Breakfast is included and served in a very nice part of the house with view on the garden. We are looking forward to share all the nice activities in the hood or downtown. You can also enjoy a swimming pool and spa that is right few walk from house with a very nice sport area, in the "3 Tilleuls" sport parc.Direct bus (95) going into the center of Brussels at 2 min walking and easy parking.
The house is located near the city centre in a quiet neighbourhood and has a magnificent garden. Ideal to relax after a day in the city. The housekeeper was very welcoming and the house offers spacious and comfortable rooms. Definitely to recommend!

We stayed in December so the garden wasn't at its best, I'm sure it's lovely though. The house was a little difficult to find in the dark as there is no sign saying Cote Jardin. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable, our room was very spacious . The house is on a quiet road so it was nice and peaceful. A very nice continental breakfast is served in a pleasant dining room overlooking the garden. Very friendly staff . All in all, an excellent place to stay .

Room Tip:It's a bit tricky to find. Look out for a sign to a leisure centre, it's not far from there.

When I go to Brussels to work with the European Community at Beulieu I always go to Cote Jardin, a very nice and well managed B&B a stroll away from the ECl . All the rooms that I have tested are very well done. If you are on a romantic trip try the Grey room. The Yellow Room may be a bit noisy being on the main street. Breakfast is essential but of good quality.

Although the house is a bit far from the centre, 30-min by bus (bus stop near the house) the location is really relaxing, near some nice houses with character and a huge forest. The garden is beautiful, you feel like being in the countryside. I found this B&B extremely overpriced for the quality of service and the size of certain rooms. The "small" room is really small and in no way is worth the price I paid (105€). There's not much space where you can walk in the room because of the roof. Bedroom wall finishes, cold tile floor and furniture are not really attractive. The whole house could have a lot of character but there's just a lot of space without taste except in the breakfast room which was beautiful (I didn't see the bigger rooms). Breakfast was disappointing, not much better than in a youth hostel. Also the bad taste signs/arrows to the various rooms reminds more a youth hostel than a B&B. A pity because the house is full of potential for being a cozy B&B with character.…

Very clean and lovely modern suite with WiFi and parking. We stayed one night while visiting the Waterloo Battlefield. Lovely neighborhood and a couple of restaurants about 10-15 minute walk away with a small shopping area and supermarket. Honor drink bar for coffee, tea, and a few others drinks. Very quiet and everything is finished to a very high standard. Our room was on the 1st floor (2nd to US customers). Breakfast was good and the room overlooked a beautiful garden. The breakfast room also had large modern sitting room that was for the guests use and over looked the garden too!

I stayed here with my wife in late June. The b&b is located in a residential area and is a bit far away from the centre. Since we have a car, there is no problem at all. You can also take bus 95 (5 min. walk down hill) to the city centre. Near the bus stop, you can find 2 supermarkets there. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is basic (bread, coffee and self cooked egg).
