Stayed here in February 2013. Nice welcome at the reception, large room with a double bed in a single room, a desk to study on, satellite tv with many english speaking channels, wireless internet and best of all, very good for the price. Will definitely stay here again at the next visits.

The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. It was nice to have a big double bed in a single room. Very quiet at night, but the trams start early. Very pleasant and helpful staff; very secure building : doors only open by reception or card; €6 breakfast included tinned fruit , yoghurt, coffee/tea, croissant, cereal, although it is in the basement so no view! Chose room because it seemed to be close to the Gare du Nord, but was surprisingly far and in an bad neighborhood. I felt like I was walking through bad parts of the Bronx, and having a large backpack and a map that screams "i'm a lost American tourist" in this area of Brussels doesn't fill me with a warm... Locations could be better, not the safest area of Brussels. The room is clean, furnitures are the usual ikea stuff but still new. Nice clean hotel. Comfortable bed & pillow. Winter stay, but heater was good and there was a nice thick quilt, and extra blanket available.
