If resort adds more staff, they may be able to provide better service in rooms as well as in the restaurant. This is an average property. Though refurbished recently, yet a lot needs to be done. The location is great but lay-out is poor. It is a typical Sterling value-for-money offering to its timeshare members. The restaurant offers plans for dining at good value but we found it very poor in service; though not bad in quality of food.

Munnar Terrace Greens is a very good resort with beautiful location, helpful staff and excellent food. I would love to visit it again. beautiful location........ loved the peacfulness n the serenity that this places offers... the activities organised by the hotel mgt is good n enjoyable. food is just average... however i must mention that the room service is below average n the mgt should definetely provide additional training for their staff. otherwise this place was awesome n loved the stay

Green Terrace Munnar is a great holiday retreat, for those who want to rest themselves and enjoy the day, in the resort.
