Just spent 2 nights at Woofferton having been there several times in the past. The hotel offers clean accommodation and the staff are very friendly. As previously mentioned it is looking very tired, but the good news is that it is going to have a refurb very soon! Also, hopefully, the refurbished Salwey Arms, just across the road, will be opening its doors again. We chose... More

We had a 1 night stay at this lodge, we first stayed here 6 years ago, since then the rooms a certainly showing signs of wear and tear. Our room was comfortable but the headboard made a noise every time one of us moved! God knows what the neighboring room thought! Anyway aside from this the room was clean and... More

You get what you pay for can only be said of the Travelodge Woofferton. Really friendly staff but the place smelt strongly of cleaning materials. Room was basic and very well used. Nothing in Woofferton. That said it served its purpose.

I'll start by saying that the staff were all polite and friendly, that really is the only good point! The hotel is situated just of a crossroad on the A49, sat nav postcode takes you past it and into a retirement home. There is a boarded up pub and a boarded up Little Chef next to the hotel which does... More

We use Travelodge quite a lot & on our arrival found the usual friendly & very helpful staff. The lodge is a bit out of the way & the Little Chef next door shut sometime ago. But the pub just across the side road is being refurbished & is due to reopen for food etc. sometime in the summer of... More

Staff very good, offering to help me unload the car even though it was 01.45 in the morning. This carried on during the trip, helping me when we lost the key, when one of the kids dropped a drink on my bed. The downside is that there is nothing at Wooferton, I was on a visit to family with my... More

The room was clean and comfortable which is what you want, but the staff couldnt do enough especially as we took our dog with us. We were told if theres anything you want just say, nothing... More

Further down the A49 than the Ludlow Travelodge but since not on a busy roundabout,it is blissfully quiet for a good nights sleep.Room was scrupulously clean, warm & comfortable. The staff are cheerfully friendly, caring & helpful.Very good for a visit to Ludlow. The Litlle Chef on the same site sadly has recently closed so bring food with you or travel a short distance... Stayed here for one night as a friend was having a party in Ludlow. It was fine, warm, quiet and suited our needs. Be warned its almost impossible to get a taxi in Ludlow after mid night. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful.

Travelodge should decide what they are going to do with this hotel reburfbish it or close it. It is run down and does Travelodge no favours. If this was the first time I had stayed in a Travelodge it would have been my last especially as the toilet did not smell particularly nice .Offering a cheap price to stay does... More
