  "We have just returned from a fantastic weeks stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and nothing was to much trouble. The food contrary to previous nit pickers, was delicious. A huge choice to suit everyone and the meals changed every night so no chance of being bored. The ski to door was bril..."liant especially having children and the hire shop was directly next door. The hotels facilities were fantastic, pool, jacuzzi, games room and evening entertainment. The hotel is a FAMILY hotel and the children enjoyed dancing in the evening, I think the DJ appreciated them dancing and enjoying themselves as few adults actually participated. The Ritz it isn't so if you are looking for a child free quiet time with a harpist in the background this hotel isn't for you, if on the other hand you are looking for a smashing ski to door all round great hotel with warm and friendly staff, great food and a fantastic view of the slopes then this is the hotel for you.   "The location of this hotel is perfect for the slopes, you walk out of the back door and straight onto the chair lift. But location for après ski is poor, you need to get a taxi to the next town in Soldeau which isn't far (only 5 mins) but taxis aren't easy to come by. The hotel has a nice bar in rec..."eption but is definitely for a more family orientated group as has very little or quite poor quality entertainment, but is good to chill and chat with friends/family. The bar / restaurant downstairs at the slope is more of a day time place but you can eat here too. Food is a buffet style restaurant with a good and varied choice of food for breakfast and dinner. We stayed in the apartments in the hotel rather than the hotel rooms which were more than sufficient space wise, and had lovely views but the beds were uncomfortable (hard and springy) and we didn't have a double, we had to push two singles together so fell through the middle every night!
