  "Decided to go to Montenegro as a new country to visit. So pleased we did. A very green, mountainous country. Still being developed, so not over commercialised in most places. Very pleased when we arrived at the hotel late at night. They had us a cold platter ready as we had missed dinner. Th..."e hotel was beautiful. Modern and spotless. The rooms were clean and modern. Very comfortable. We had a room (303) overlooking the sea, which was lovely. Plenty of food to chose from at breakfast and dinner (we were halfboard). The pool area is gorgeous. I would say though, in the height of the season get a bed quick. There isn't a large sunbathing area. The hotel had a footpath that lead to the beach via a bridge over the road. This was a nice trip down to the promenade and there was the hotel's beach bar at the bottom. The staff were all very polite and were constantly working. The cleaners were always cleaning. On our arrival at the hotel the reception had no knowledge of a booking in our name they had a booking for someone else for 1 week when we were booked in for 2 weeks. The next day I went to enquire as to whether the Jet 2 agent/ rep had left any info for us they looked at me as though I was from another planet and had no knowledge of Jet 2 agent/rep. I therefore sent an email to Jet 2 customer services who emailed me back and told me I would need to contact operation services this I did on 2 occasions and eventually I contacted parent company Dart before getting a response.
